Getting started

PLUG AND PLAY

1. MOUNT

Mount Facecam Neo on your monitor.

2. CONNECT

Simply connect Facecam Neo to a USB-C port on your computer and select your camera.
You can also connect to a USB-A port using an adapter, not included.

Do not use a USB hub.

3. OPEN SHUTTER

Slide open the privacy shutter.

4. SMILE

Select Facecam Neo in your favorite streaming and video conferencing apps—Zoom, Skype, Teams, Slack, OBS, Google Meet, FaceTime, or any other application supporting the UVC standard.

1. DOWNLOAD

Install the Elgato Camera Hub app.

2. ADJUST

Frame your shot, fine-tune your image, and enable HDR for impressive clarity in the harshest lighting conditions, like against bright office windows.
