The centerpiece of the week is a livestream that turns the studio into a full Best Buy store, blue polos, name tags, retail end caps, the works. One host plays the associate. Guest creators play customers, each hunting for a different product, and get real demos and real advice along the way. No script, no fourth wall: just a blue shirt doing what a blue shirt does best.

Chat drives the show. Viewers submit questions that are answered in-character mid-skit, vote on dialogue choices just like your favorite RPGs, and watch a running comedic bit in which one shopper keeps getting upsold into a bigger cart. Every purchase gets its own cash register sting, because some jokes never get old.
