Will it work with my desk or table?

The clamp supports most surfaces up to 60 mm / 2.4 in thick, with a wide pad that grips uneven edges or lips. Its compact design and pull-down ratchet handle make it easy to install even in tight spaces.

Can I mount it somewhere other than the edge of my desk?

Yes. With Wave Desk Plate, sold separately, you can mount the arm anywhere on a flat wooden surface. It screws directly into a desk or table, with no cutouts required.

How much space does it need under a monitor?

Wave Mic Arm LP sits about 160 mm (6.3 inches) above the desk at its highest point. You need at least this much space between your desk and the bottom of your monitor. If your monitor sits lower, you may need to mount the arm to the side instead.

Is it compatible with my microphone?

Wave Mic Arm LP works with virtually any USB or XLR microphone up to 2 kg / 4.4 lb. It comes with a 1/4" thread plus 3/8" and 5/8" adapters, supporting popular models like Wave DX, Shure SM7B, Blue Yeti, HyperX QuadCast, and Rode PodMic.

Can I still use my shock mount?

Yes. Wave Mic Arm LP includes 3/8" and 5/8" adapters, so it works with virtually any shock mount. Just thread it on and you're good to go.

Can I mount other gear besides a mic?

While designed for microphones, Wave Mic Arm LP can hold cameras, Prompter, and similar equipment up to 2 kg / 4.4 lbs. Just thread your gear onto the arm's 1/4-inch mounting screw.

Does it have cable management?

Yes. Wave Mic Arm LP has built-in cable channels with magnetic covers. Run your USB or XLR cable through the channels to keep your setup clean and organized.
