Window Mover comes with three actions that can resize how you manage your apps:

Define an exact size and position for any app window. You can target the current foreground window, a specific app, or a window by title. Once configured, that window will move to your defined coordinates automatically.

Snap windows into preset positions without entering coordinates. Choose your display, then select a layout like left half, right half, top-right, bottom-left, or full screen.

Bring a window to the front and make it fill your selected display.

1. Open Stream Deck app and select the Plugins tab in the right-hand panel, or go directly to Elgato Marketplace in your browser.
2. Search for Window Mover by Elgato.
3. Tap Get to install the plugin.

Set up a Custom window position

Use this when you want a window pinned to exact coordinates every time.

1. Drag the Custom action onto a key.
2. Under Selection, choose what the action targets: Foreground, App, or Window Title.
3. Choose the Display the window should move to.
4. Set the X, Y, Width, and Height values, or resize and position the window where you want it first, then tap Use Current Location to fill in those fields automatically.
5. Tap the key any time to snap that window back to the saved position and size.

Set up a Layout preset

Use this when you want quick, coordinate-free snapping.

1. Drag the Layout action onto a key.
2. Under Selection, choose what the action targets: Foreground, App, or Window Title.
3. Choose the Display the layout should apply to.
4. Select a preset position from the grid, such as left half, right half, top-right, bottom-left, or full screen.
5. Tap the key to snap the target window into that preset.

Set up Maximize

Use this when you just want a window brought forward and filled to a display.

1. Drag the Maximize action onto a key.
2. Under Selection, choose what the action targets: Foreground, App, or Window Title.
3. Choose the Display the window should fill.
4. Tap the key to bring that window to the front and maximize it on the selected display.

Since each action targets one window, use a Multi Action to rebuild your entire desk setup with a single tap. Add each window's Custom, Layout, or Maximize action to the Multi Action in the order you want them applied, and one tap moves chat, OBS, your browser, and anything else into place at once.
