Our team will do our best to respond to your submission as soon as possible and provide status updates until the resolution of the reported security issues.

Minimum Security Update Periods
We will provide security updates for our products for a minimum period of two years after the last date the product is available for sale through elgato.com. Should the device specific period be extended, the new defined support period will be published as soon as is practicable. The defined support period will not shorten after the publication. The end-of-life announcement will be published on the website.

End-of-life (EOL) means the product is not listed on www.elgato.com anymore.
