Getting started

HARDWARE SETUP

Step 1

Use a Phillips head screwdriver* to loosen both screws and remove your Stream Deck + pedestal.

Step 2

Carefully insert the USB-C plug on XLR Dock into the matching USB-C connector on Stream Deck +, ensuring screw holes are aligned.

Step 3

Tighten both screws using your screwdriver to secure XLR Dock to Stream Deck +.

Step 4

Connect Stream Deck + to a single USB port on your PC or Mac, not a USB hub.

Step 5

Use a standard XLR cable to connect your high-end microphone with Stream Deck +.

Step 6

Plug your headphones into the 3.5-mm jack for clear, zero-latency monitoring.

⚠️ Protect your hearing! Ensure monitoring volume is at a moderate level.

SOFTWARE SETUP

Step 1

Install Stream Deck and Wave Link apps to your computer.

STEP 2 (Optional)

Create an Elgato Marketplace account and install the Wave Link plugin for Stream Deck.

STEP 3 (Optional)

Create the ultimate audio controller in Stream Deck app using the Wave Link plugin. Drag actions onto any key or dial to adjust mic gain, mute Spotify, switch to your headset—anything.
