• Eligible Products must be purchased online at Elgato.com and are only available to purchasers in the Qualifying Country. The Promotion is offered by Corsair Memory, Inc. (“Corsair”).
  

• The Promotion is valid only during the Promotion Period, while supplies last.
• Corsair may at its sole discretion modify or end the Promotion at any time, for any reason.
• There is a limit of 2 items per SKU per household for the Promotion.
• Resellers, public entities, government entities, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, enterprise purchasers, and business purchasers do not qualify, and Corsair reserves the right to cancel purchases made by such purchasers.
• No rain checks will be issued.
• The Promotion has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash.
• Promotional savings may be deducted from returns.

• No stock can be reserved as purchases will be treated on a first come first serve basis.

• The Promotion offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

• Corsair reserves the right to change without notice the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion, or modify or end the Promotion at any time without notice. Such changes shall not affect already processed orders, for which this version of the Terms and Conditions shall apply.
