Terms and Conditions

AVAILABILITY:

Orders must be placed through Elgato.com with a shipping address located in Japan, by legal residents of Japan.The Promotion is offered by Corsair Memory Inc.

TERMS:

  • The Promotion, is valid only during the Promotion Period.
  • Corsair may, at its sole discretion, modify or end the Promotion at any time, for any reason.
  • There is a limit of 1 item per customer for the Promotion.
  • Resellers, public entities, government entities, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, enterprise purchasers, and business purchasers do not qualify, and Corsair reserves the right to cancel purchases or participation by such purchasers.
  • No rain checks will be issued.
  • The Promotion has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash.
  • Promotional savings may be deducted from returns.
  • Price discount does not include taxes or other fees.
  • The Promotion is not valid for prior purchases.
  • No stock can be reserved as purchases will be treated on a first come, first serve basis.

Eligible participants who complete the following steps will be entered into a prize draw.

RULES:

  • Participants must be subscribed to Elgato newsletters to be eligible for the giveaway.
  • Customers who complete an eligible purchase through the Elgato JP Webstore before the first 100 eligible orders are reached will automatically be entered into the giveaway.
  • Prize includes one Elgato logo neon sign.
  • Giveaway runs from June 30th, 2026 08:00 AM JST to July 30th, 2026 11:59 PM JST.
  • One winner will be selected at random from eligible orders. Winner will be contacted by email after the giveaway closes.
  • If the selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, Elgato reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  • Canceled or fraudulent orders may be excluded.
  • Giveaway details are subject to change without notice.

RESTRICTIONS:

  • The Promotion offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  • Corsair may use any information provided during the Promotion in accordance with its privacy policy posted online at https://www.elgato.com/s/privacy-policy.
  • Corsair reserves the right to change without notice the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion, or modify or end the Promotion at any time without notice. Such changes shall not affect already processed purchases or valid entries, for which this version of the Terms and Conditions shall apply.
