Getting started

Installation

Step 1

Use a Phillips screwdriver* to loosen both screws and remove your Stream Deck + pedestal.

Step 2

Carefully align and insert the USB-C plug on USB Hub into the matching USB-C connector on Stream Deck +.

Step 3

Remove the protective film underneath USB Hub to expose its adhesive pad. Then reposition the pedestal and press firmly against USB Hub, ensuring screw holes are aligned.

Step 4

Tighten both screws using your screwdriver to secure the pedestal to Stream Deck +.

Step 5

Connect an external USB-C power supply* (100 W, PD 3.0 minimum) to the port furthest on the right.

Step 6

Using the USB-C to USB-C cable in your box, connect your computer via the uplink port second to the right. This one cable transfers data and delivers up to 65 W to charge laptops.


⚠️ Only use the supplied cable. A USB 3.2 connection is needed for the hub to work reliably.

Step 7

Connect up to four devices using the Type-A and Type-C ports on USB Hub.


❗ All four ports have a combined downlink speed of 5 Gb/s and support USB up to 3.2 Gen 1. For best results, avoid using multiple high-data-rate devices, like capture cards, at once..

Step 8

Access your photos and videos using two convenient card reader slots, compatible with SD, microSD, and even CompactFlash formats.
