LEGO Stream Deck Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

This giveaway is open to residents in North America and Europe, aged 18 or older, except where prohibited by law. It is offered by Corsair Memory, Inc. (“Corsair”).
Employees of Corsair, their families, and anyone connected to the administration of the raffle are not eligible to participate.

Participants must be subscribed to the Elgato.com newsletter. Participants who are already subscribed to the Elgato.com newsletter will automatically be entered into the giveaway if the second requirement (2) is also met.

Participants can subscribe to the newsletter via one of the following methods:

a) By signing up in the “Join Us” newsletter section located at the bottom of the Elgato.com website.
b) By signing up in the newsletter field in the footer of the Elgato.com  website.
c) By signing up on the dedicated newsletter sign-up page.
d) By selecting the newsletter subscription checkbox during the checkout process (guest checkout only).

For participants in Europe, newsletter subscription requires acceptance of a confirmation email (double opt-in) to comply with applicable regulations. Participants must confirm their subscription by clicking the link provided in the opt-in email to complete the registration process.
Participants must make a qualifying purchase of at least one (1) item at Elgato.com between 12/09/2024 00:01 AM PST and 12/18/2024 11:59 PM PST.

Each qualifying purchase grants one (1) entry into the raffle. Multiple entries are permitted for additional qualifying purchases.

The winner(s) will receive one (1) of five (5) custom Lego Stream Deck.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

The winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries by 12/20/2024.
The selection process is automated and fair. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The winner(s) will be notified by email within 14 days after the drawing.

To claim the prize, the winner(s) must respond within 14 days of notification. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.
The prize will be shipped to the winner’s address at no additional cost within 14 days after claiming.

By participating, the winner agrees to have their name and/or image used for promotional purposes in relation to this raffle without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Personal data provided during entry will be used solely for the purpose of administering this raffle and in accordance with Corsair's privacy policy.
Participants may request the deletion of their data at any time; however, doing so before the winner selection will void their entry.

Corsair reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the raffle at any time if technical or other issues compromise the integrity or fairness of the raffle.
Corsair is not responsible for lost, delayed, or incomplete entries due to technical or human error.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Corsair and its affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in this raffle or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

Any taxes or duties on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to provide additional information for tax reporting.
