Premium Microphone and Digital Mixing Solution

Wave:1

The Wave microphone combined with Elgato’s LP Mic Arm & Shock Mount was such a step-up for me. Superb audio quality combined with a slick design, and no boom arm that blocks your entire monitor or squeaks! The included Wave Link software is also fantastic, allowing me to split up audio sources, mute music on my recordings & much more, which used to be an absolute hassle.

Green Screen

I’ve moved my setup quite a few times and having Elgato’s collapsible green screen makes it so incredibly easy to both store & move your setup. Being able to hide the Green Screen under a bed and set it up in less than 10 seconds is amazing for your workflow!

What Elgato product changed the most about the way you work/create?

I think the Stream Deck is the product that had the biggest direct impact on my workflow as prior to the Stream Deck I barely did anything on my streams other than pressing start/stop stream. With the introduction of the Stream Deck I added a lot of scenes, sound effects, memes & much more making my streams a lot more fun to watch!

What advice would you give to a first time Elgato user?

Setting up your first Elgato product is usually very fast and easy, just make sure to download the right software and you’re ready to go! But depending on the product I’d really recommend reading up on it online as some of them (like the Stream Deck) have an incredibly broad area of use and there’s so many things you can use it for that you might never have thought of yourself!

What was your first Elgato product?

My first Elgato product was the classic HD60 capture card, I remember purchasing it back in 2015 in preparation for my first capture event before the release of the first Star Wars: Battlefront!
