Adjustment tips

Embrace Features

Adjustable headrest

Raise or lower the headrest and angle it until it supports the back of your head and neck.

4D adjustable armrests

Move up or down, forward or back, and angle in or out. Aim for elbows resting lightly and shoulders relaxed.

Height adjustment

Lift the lever to raise. Sit and lift to lower. Feet flat on the floor and knees near 90°.

Multi-lock reclining

Set how far the chair leans back and lock the position. If needed, adjust tilt tension with the knob so recline feels controlled.

Breathable mesh back

No setup needed. Sit upright with your back in contact with the mesh for support and airflow.

Adjustable seat depth

Hold the left lever and slide the seat forward or back. Leave 2–4 in (5–10 cm) between the seat and the back of your knees.

Waterfall seat edge

Sit so the front edge supports your thighs without pressing into your knees. Pair with seat depth for comfort.

Quiet casters

No adjustment needed after assembly. Make sure each caster clicked in fully; use a floor mat if you want less roll.

Ready to sit better

That’s it, your chair is set up. With everything in place, take a moment to adjust the height, armrests, and support until Embrace feels right for you. Now all that’s left is to sit down and enjoy.
