EyeTV DTT is a powerful TV tuner in a small package. The USB stick represents the latest technology in television reception, providing you the best in free, high-quality live TV on your Mac anywhere digital terrestrial television is broadcast.

EyeTV DTT’s included rod aerial is primarily intended for use in areas where DVB-T broadcasting stations emit enough power for portable DVB-T reception. If necessary, it may also be used with any type of active aerial that has an independent power source, or with a passive aerial such as a rooftop aerial.


Superb quality recordings

EyeTV DTT has one quality setting, lossless. The DVB stream is recorded unaltered, and so you’re getting full quality DVB-T content as encoded by the broadcaster. EyeTV DTT supports DVB-T multilingual programming and Dolby® Digital sound.

Made for the Mac

The elegant EyeTV DTT is so slim that it slips beautifully beside the MacBook Pro’s MagSafe power connector without covering any other ports. And despite it’s slender profile, EyeTV DTT contains a full-size and built-in coaxial plug. EyeTV DTT does not require an adapter to connect a rooftop aerial.

TV software for Mac

The included EyeTV 3 software from Elgato turns your Mac into the coolest TV and DVR in the house. This award-winning TV software enables you to:

  • Watch, pause, and rewind live TV on your Mac
  • Search two weeks of Program Guide listings
  • Set up schedules to record your favourite TV programmes
  • Edit out unwanted content
  • Share recordings with other Macs on the same network

EyeTV 3 software offers special features for Mac users, including Smart Series Guides, Smart Playlists, automatic exports to iTunes, and support for the EyeTV for iPhone app.


Windows Compatibility

You can use EyeTV DTT with a Mac or PC. EyeTV DTT is compatible with Windows 7 or later and works great with Windows Media Center. It also comes with THC software for Windows, which offers many of the same features as EyeTV 3.
