Turbo File Submitter
If there is a problem with a video file that Turbo.264 HD converted, please use the Turbo File Submitter to send the problem file directly to the Elgato engineering team.
Please send the original, source file (the movie you're trying to convert), and not the file made by Turbo.264 HD.
Please note that while we cannot acknowledge every submission, we will attempt to fix the issue in a future software update. It's not necessary to open a ticket with Elgato's technical support team.
Turbo File Submitter also contains an uninstaller, which removes the Turbo.264 HD application and all other components and files related to Turbo.
