Update your software
To check for EyeTV 3 updates and install the latest version, first launch EyeTV 3 and then select "Check for Updates" from the EyeTV menu. The software update will install automatically.
After installing this update, please open the new software, then unplug and replug your device.
System Requirements
EyeTV 3.5.4 and all future EyeTV updates are only available for Mac computers with an Intel processor. Power PC processors are no longer supported. EyeTV 3.5.4 will work on an Intel Mac with OS 10.5.8 or better. However, we recommend Mac OS X 10.7.2 or later with all software and security updates installed.

EyeTV 3.4.3 is a universal application, which works on both Power PC and Intel Macs. An Intel Mac is required for streaming to the iPhone app.
Note that this is the last version which will support PowerPC. All future updates will require an Intel Mac.
EyeTV 3.4.3 will work with OS 10.5.8 or better. However, we recommend Mac OS X 10.6.4 or later with all software and security updates installed.

EyeTV 3.3.3 is an Universal application. It requires a Macintosh computer with PowerPC G4 (500MHz or faster), PowerPC G5 or Intel Core processor, and Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) or later.
