Orders are filled by our warehouse Monday to Friday during normal business hours, except holidays. Orders received before 10AM (Pacific time) will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 10 AM (Pacific time), on weekends, and holidays will be shipped the next business day.

International Orders

Shipping is automatically calculated using real-time UPS rates at the time the order is submitted online. Please note that occasional promotional offers, such as free delivery, are always shipped via “UPS Ground”.

- UPS Next Day Air
Next-day shipping from the date the order is filled by our warehouse. Delivery by 10:30AM the next business day to major cities in the 48 contiguous states; 12PM the next business to most other U.S. cities, including Anchorage, Alaska. Additional locations guaranteed by the end of day.

- UPS 2nd day air
Delivery at the end of the second business day from the date the order is filled by our warehouse, in all 50 states.

- UPS 3 day select
Economical. Delivery at the end of the third business day from the date the order is filled by our warehouse, in all 48 contiguous states.

- UPS Ground
The most inexpensive shipping option. Please refer to the following maps for UPS Ground shipping times from the date the order is filled by our warehouse.

Shipping to Canada

Canadian orders are shipped via FedEx, and customer have three options for delivery:

FedEx International Priority®
Time-definite delivery typically in 1, 2 or 3 business days. Includes door-to-door, customs-cleared service.

FedEx International Economy®
Delivery typically in 2–5 business days (typically 2 or 3 business days to Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico). Includes door-to-door, customs-cleared service.

USPS Priority Mail® International
6-10 Days - economical delivery option to Canada

Duties and taxes are not reflected in our prices. Fed Ex will charge the package recipient all applicable duties and taxes at the time of delivery. For information about duties and taxes, you may contact your local customs office. Due to customs restrictions, orders shipping to Canada cannot be gift wrapped. We cannot ship to post office (P.O.) boxes internationally.

Payment for the order is in US funds.  

Shipping outside of Canada and the USA

We do not ship North American products to international addresses outside of the USA and Canada.
