Technisch ausgefeilt und extrem vielseitig empfängt EyeTV Hybrid unverschlüsseltes, digitales Fernsehen über Antenne (DVB-T) beziehungsweise Kabel (DVB-C), sowie analoges Fernsehen über Kabel oder Antenne. Mit EyeTV Hybrid können Sie zudem UKW-Radiosendungen am Mac empfangen.

Trotz seiner kompakten Bauweise bietet EyeTV Hybrid einen vollwertigen, integrierten Koaxial-Stecker und benötigt somit keinen Adapter zur Verbindung mit einer Antenne. Darüber hinaus ermöglicht EyeTV Hybrid dem Mac die Verbindung mit vielen Geräten über Composite Video oder S-Video, etwa Settop-Boxen oder Satelliten-Empfängern. Ein Adapterkabel ist im Lieferumfang enthalten.

Windows Kompatibilität

EyeTV Hybrid lässt sich auch am PC nutzen. Es ist kompatibel mit Windows 7 und arbeitet ausgezeichnet mit Windows Media Center zusammen. Zusätzlich liegt die TV-Software THC für Windows bei. Sie enthält viele der Funktionen, die EyeTV 3 am Mac bietet.
